- Desi returns to the Blaze for her second full season and her third year as she joined us as a pick-up as needed a couple years ago and has been with us since. She is from Amarillo, Texas where she attends Randall High School. She will contribute behind the plate, at 3rd and 2nd base for the team. Her family puts a lot of sacrifice and effort into being a part of our program and traveling long distances to play with us and she is known as "chip" for diving in at home to tag a runner out and knocked out two of the girls teeth in doing so, but she got the out. Desi received the 2021 Beast Award because she is the player that gives 100% and goes all out every chance she has.
