- Micah G. Cooper attends McCowan Middle School, where she's an Honor Roll student. She's a gifted and dedicated student, that takes pre-AP Mathematics, given Math is her favorite subject. She is the kind of student a teacher loves to have in her classroom. She is well regarded by peers and teachers. She is also active in extracurricular and community activities. She volunteers as a Math tutor for different events throughout the school year. She is a member the Gear-Up program, that prepares children for post-secondary success. She attended the She's-Up Middle School Showcase, where she made the 2020 Watchlist.
Micah has been playing basketball since she was 5 years old. Most recently, she was selected as a SWAAU All American for girls basketball. Micah participates in girls basketball skills camps and events, such as Girls Basketball and Prep Elite Middle School Camp 2014, AAU National Championship in Nashville, Tennessee 2014, We Got Game Basketball Camp Elite Grassroots 2014, and TAAF Girls State Tournament 2015. At 5 feet 4 inches tall and 110 pounds, Micah is point guard.
