(7) Busan Heat
Coming all the way from Busan to take over the country is the hottest thing Korea has ever seen. With temperatures that make the sun reach for a towel, the league's YOUNGEST team, Busan Heat, are looking to explode out of the gates and make their mark on the ROK-U league once again.
A revamped team from previous years, the Heat are building their offense and defense from the ground up to revolutionize Ultimate as we know it. Heat has a focus on playing solid, fundamental ultimate. Chock full of experienced players and great leaders, we are looking to blend several different styles into one cohesive unit.
Featuring players from all over the storied Busan family and all over the world, including: Ass Captain Alex "Thinking Face" Walczak, Marc "the original German" Williams, Chelsea "awesome in every way" La Near, Elizabeth "Legs" Jones, Matt "man of many nicknames" Coster, Graham "Shraham Garp" Sharp (say that five times fast), Betty "the French one" Chemier, Kevin "Speed Demon" Patrick, Robert "Poet" Grey, Shikara "the REAL South African" Nel, Adam "LaJesus" LaJoy, Michael Schintz, Candace Keierleber, and Maddy "Marty's Favorite Question Asker" Stephenson, the Heat boast many returning players, as well as some promising newcomers.
If you haven't felt the fire, be ready for it for it in Spring 2013. We are bringing the heat this year, ready to take the ROK-U championship back to Busan!
