San Francisco 49ers

Coach Johnson enters another season trying to get back to the Super Bowl. A feat he achieved in his rookie season of the NEFL. He might have thought it was easy, now 13 years have passed, and he can’t get in sniffing range of the big game. He again has revamped his 49ers for another treacherous run through one of the toughest leagues in the country. He did finish last season at 12-4 which earned him a #6 seed in the NFC playoffs, but again it was 1 & done. Every year he has a new team, new bases, new board, new 49ers gear, but in the end it’s the same old story.

That being said, it’s not the amount of wins or loses, or even trophies that tells you how great Corey Johnson is. That only scratches the surface of one of the most recognizable faces in the sport of MF. Rightfully named Mr. National, you would think there were life sized stand ups floating around the country. Everywhere you see a gathering, there was Nat’l. Harrisburg, Chicago, Texas, Detroit….it didn’t matter where; he was going to be there. That’s where he has left his indelible mark on all us. He has a magnetic personality, and it is impossible not to have fun when you are around him. He has single handedly raised the bar of the coaches dress code. From his fancy attire, and designer sunglasses, to his pricey wristwatches, fur coats, and Gucci sneaks he keeps everyone guessing….what will he wear next?!
The Gamesman, Prettyboy, CorEy with an “E’, National, you would think he had enough nicknames, but at last years Sea Wall Brawl Don Smith gave a rousing speech on how Mr. National had bonded, and even mended burnt bridges within the hobby. Don went on for several minutes as you could see CorEy getting uncomfortable with all the accolades. Just as Don Smith announced him as the fellowship medal winner he said, “This guy is the face of our hobby, he is the face of the hobby.” No one in house disagreed. Of course Corey has taken the name and ran with it to our delight; he now goes by the F.O.T.H.
