TCRBA will try to get a tournament in - sometimes that means altering the weekend to an alternate weekend.

If a tournament is altered due to weather the following is the policy for refunds:
Tournament Cancelled - no games played: 100% refund
9U & above:
1 pool game played: $200 refund
2 pool games played (no bracket games played): $50
2 pool games played (some bracket games played): No Refund

6U - 8U Coach Pitch:
1 pool game played: $150
2 Pool games played (no bracket games played): $50
2 Pool games played (some bracket games played): no refund
