Flag Football

- Ages 4-7 years old

- No restrictions

- Uniforms provided (Jerseys)

- Fundamentals of Football

- All players are taught each position

- End of season Jamboree (Optional)

- End of the season Banquet

Cheerleading

- Ages 8-14 years old

- No restrictions

- Uniforms Provided (except Sneakers)

- Travel Limited

- Competition is optional per team

Tiny Cheer

- Ages 4-7 years old
