Introduction Hugo A. Romo, Chicano Artist who was raised in the Nuevo Maravilla Housing Projects. In March of 2008, Mr. Romo’s works were selected by reknown artist Gronk to be in the Spring Student Art Show at East Los Angeles College. He has assisted with Mictlan Murals & Production in creating cultural murals in the greater Los Angeles area. “My works are centered around creating a strong historical and cultural link to the issues that are currently affecting my community and the world”
