Valdosta City Lakercats

The 2025 Valdosta City Lakercats Membership Package include the following:

Tournament travel schedule will provide 4 road tournaments(min 12 games) and 1 home tournament(min 3 games)15 game season. Nationals Tournament options will be available and voted on by staff. Each player must pay and additional $150.00 for this 3-4 day event.(IF APPLICABLE)  

All parents that may travel to a tournament your assistance will be GREATLY ACCEPTED.*

All players will need spending money for all travel events. The Lakercats staff will provide beverages and snacks between games. The player is responsible for their own meals. There will be no gatherings other than the actual game.

Hotel stay for overnight tournaments (IF APPLICABLE). Coaching staff member in each room.

Uniforms provided. Uniforms provided in membership fees. Any DAMAGED or LOST Uniforms will cost $80.00. (Jersey $40 Shorts $25 Shooting Shirts $15.00). 

Weekend practices, scrimmages, and fundamental workouts provided in a private (MEMBERS ONLY) closed gym. With the COVID-19 GUIDELINES in effect, be prepared for outside practices as well. AAU INSURED (3 hours per weekend for 15 weekends). Each team practice will be for 1 hour and 30 minuets - (2 Hours Gym times). 

ALL Administrators and Coaches are AAU Certified (Coaches NCAA Certified) and completed background check by the AAU annually.

ALL MEMBERS must participate in THE ANNUAL LAKERCAT FUNDRAISER. All players must raise A TOTAL OF $150.00 by fundraising and MUST pay the balance not raised by the end of each fundraising period. Parents may pay the additional one time FUNDRAISING donation of $150.00 by MAY 3, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.

Community Outreach Program.

ALL Lakercat parents are required to find or become a sponsor for the 14th Annual World Championship Tune-up which will be held in Valdosta June 29 & June 30, 2024.

Sponsor Levels: $25.00 White / $50.00 Black / $75.00 Gold / $100.00 Lakercat

ALL proceeds 100% support the Valdosta City Lakercats Organization.

The Valdosta City Lakercat Organization is a 990N Non-Profit Subsidiary of the AAU.(CLUB LEVEL B) All donations are tax deductible.

Total price for membership $275.00 / $255.00 for team membership(*$20.00 for AAU supplemental insurance/ Mandatory by AAU Guidelines).
