PERSONAL MENTOR TRAINING PROGRAM

August 4, 2015 – 11:08 AM

Red Stitches Baseball is a unique training program in metro Atlanta from ages 13-18 to help students achieve their goals to become high school and college baseball players.

Lou Llerandi, a veteran 32 year educator and head baseball coach has developed a program outlining the training players need at an early age in order to achieve these goals.  There is no substitute for “hard work.”  Students need to develop a superior baseball IQ.

Red Stitches will develop a blue print for your child to follow and guide them from nutrition, weight training, baseball skills, speed-agility plus a host of other services.  We will stress with your child the “mental” part of the game of baseball which is the most important element in developing the total player.  This program is for the serious student-athlete!

We look for clients who are dedicated to baseball and parents who will give support to the program.  There are schools of dance, karate, golf, etc.  Why not baseball?  This program is more than just hitting in a cage for a lesson.  At the end of the year, your child will gain an education on the strategies and fundamentals of the game.  A player with sound fundamentals is a winner who can contribute to the team!

Where will my son train?  Local high school fields, indoor training facilities, local gyms, county parks, etc.

What are some other activities besides training on the field?  We will provide students with education in nutrition, weight training, speed-agility, being a student athlete and listening to guest speakers who have knowledge of what it takes to get to the next level.  Pro coaches, college players, high school coaches, etc. will speak to players on the things necessary to become a high school and college player.  Students will attend high school, college, and professional games with their coach-mentors to see firsthand how the game is played!
