City of Richmond Car Max Summer Basketball League Rules Update

The CarMax basketball league is adopting a zero tolerance policy regarding players fighting.

Any player that engages in fighting another player, coach, official or spectator will be expelled from the league. Coaches are expected to maintain control of their players at all times and to promote a positive attitude that encourages sportsmanship toward opposing players and all officials and staff. Any coach that fails to do so will also be subject to dismissal. The PSA training that all coaches were required to attend prior to the season requires players and coaches to respect their opponents, officials and the game by exhibiting good sportsmanship thru their actions and attitudes.

The CarMax staff hopes that all teams can enjoy the the season without incidents.
