2016 GGSA Fundraising Month Underway
The Greenville Girls Softball Association and Stebbins Field depends on our yearly fundraiser to continue our growth and upkeep every year and this season the association is excited to announce that we will offer a great Grand Prize and Top Seller prizes again this year with a value of over $1,000 in prizes to be given away on Opening Day again this year!  

Each individual member/player is required to take part in fundraising activities.  We have three opportunities this year including Game Day Drawing Raffle, Papa John's Pizza and McDonald's Peeler Sales, or the individual $50 cash pay-to-play option.  

Information on all three options may be found in the player pack that was handed out to all players/parents during "Meet The Team".(Note: The Opening Day Chicken/Pork Chop Dinner sales do not count toward the preseason fundraiser)

Any questions should be directed to coaches, coordinators, and/or GGSA officers!  
Remember... all are volunteers and will do their best to answer any questions or will direct you to someone who has the answer.

$150 Visa Debit Card for hotel expenses. 

To Enter Grand Prize Drawing:  Sell at least 6 Game Day Tickets (6 tickets/1 entry into the drawing, 12/2 entries, 18/3 entries, etc...)  OR  Sell the required amount of peelers)

The Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Opening Day, May 7th, 2016, during Opening Ceremonies which begin at 12 Noon at Lady Wave Stadium.

1st Place - $300.00
2nd Place - $200.00
3rd Place - $100.00

All fundraisers are due by Friday, May 6th!
NOTE:  No fundraisers will be collected on Opening Day on the 7th
(Coaches, please remind all players/parents to have their Fundraisers or Pay-to-Play turned in by this date!)


Opening Day Chicken/Pork Chop Dinner order forms are due April 29th!
(Don't miss out on a great dinner during Opening Day festivities)

Fundraisers/Pay-to-Play and Chicken Dinner orders must be turned at the concession stand!  The concession stand will be open nightly during regularly scheduled practices or during Lady Wave Softball home games!
