Safety is paramount to us when it comes to teaching football and cheer.  In our no contact tackling camp we will focus on first steps, body positioning, basic movements.

In our experience, youth football teams simply do not have enough time to focus on the fundamentals of tackling.  Once a season starts most teams only have 1 or 2 days of no-contact basic instruction before kids will put pads on and begin full contact.  Our goal is to teach our Wolverine players to become comfortable and confident in their technique through instruction and repetition before they ever see pads or full contact.

In most cases, When a player has confidence in their technique, equipment, and assignment, they appear to be more likely to make the right decisions on the football field.  Some people refer to this as aggressiveness when in fact it is confidence.

This methodology has been proven at all age levels from Youth to College.
