Mission statement

Fredericksburg Premier is an AAU basketball program for youth in the Northern Virginia areas.

We started Fredericksburg Premier to provide a fresh opportunity for youth that want to compete at a higher level of basketball. Our goal is to not only instruct the youth on how to better play the game of basketball, but to also to become better youth in all aspects of their lives. Our focus aims to impress upon our youth the importance of intensity, teamwork, dedication, instruction, and fun. These fundamentals are essential to not only helping each child reach his/her basketball endeavors, but also all of their interests in life. Our goal is to teach young athletes respect for themselves, their peers, and their community by instilling a code of ethics built upon honesty, responsibility, and team work. Together, our players,  families, and volunteers work with unyielding spirit and commitment to cultivate a safe and disciplined environment so every child can reach his/her full potential, develop their talents, and increase their skills in the game of basketball and more importantly… life. 

Our coaches are all dedicated to youth basketball and have coached AAU basketball teams in the past.  The coaches of Fredericksburg Premier will instill in our youth the importance of teamwork, not only through their work on the court, but also as part of required team community service projects and charitable endeavors. All Fredericksburg Premier players must excel not only on the basketball court, but also in the classroom  in order to be/remain members of a Premier team. 

Fredericksburg Premier is a 501(c)(3) designated, Virginia non-profit organization. Fredericksburg Premier is funded primarily through tax-deductible contributions. Fredericksburg Premier shall not discriminate based upon race, religion, sex, age, or national origin.
