NWCTSBLL Annual Meeting of Members.

 

Date:  10/20/2022  (3rd Thursday in October)

Time:  7:30 p.m. 

Location:  North Canaan Town Hall, Pease Street North Canaan, CT 06018

 

Anyone that completed a 2022 volunteer form and a 2022 background check and helped among the league in 2022 from coaching, managing, keeping score, maintaining fields, pitch count, team parent, umpiring, concession stand, score board, etc. is considered a 2022 NWCTSBLL Member. 

 

A member is given voting rights for the Annual 2022 October Meeting.

 

Here is your chance to throw your hat in to run for office and/or VOTE for next year's Board Members.  Here is your chance to volunteer your time, expertise, love for children, baseball, and help make the program better each and every year.  The Board Members elected at this Annual Meeting, will have a Board Meeting immediately following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting to vote/elect among themselves the positions needing to be fulfilled on the Board.  These new positions will take place effective on November 1, 2022.

 

Please note, that for the 2023 season, a new volunteer form and background check will need to be completed prior to working with the league, coaching, score keeping, etc.  This is a Little League Requirement and is required each and every year.
