1.  All teams make playoffs  (Teams must play at least 14 games)

2.  Seeding based on winning percentage.  Tie Breakers:   Head to Head, Runs against per game

3.  Tournament Pitching Rules (Pitch count)   Pitching will reset at end of regular season

4.  Scores must be reported after game with winning pitchers' pitch count.

5.  Two umpires per game.  Home team schedules umpires, teams split cost

6.  No time limit

7.  Single Elimination, championship double elimination

8.  No player pool allowed in playoff, 9 players to play

Schedule

1. Tentative starting date is  July 15th.  (schedule and times will be made closer to date)

2.  1 seed will get bye.  7 @ 2, 6 @ 3, 5@4

3.  Seeding will not reset after each round
