Lasalle Recreational Hockey League 2021-2022

Welcome back to the LRHL! This is one of the longest-standing leagues in the area for recreational hockey. We pride ourselves on providing an atmosphere conducive to good hockey and good times. Please remember that the guy you don’t like on the other team will probably be sitting next to you in the room next season, so stay cool. It is a non-contact league, so avoid contact, including with the goalies.

For those that didn’t get in full time this year, take heart - there will be lots of ice this year. Spares are a big part of our league, and are always welcome at all of our league get-togethers (Sundays, Xmas, year end).

Fees - full payment on the first night is $390 minus the $50 deposit. If you prefer the two-pay method, it’s $200 on the first night and a post-dated cheque for Nov. 30 for $160.

E-Transfer are preferred to lasallerechockey@gmail.com 

Cheques can be given on opening night as well as cash.

Game times - Please be early first night SEPTEMBER 9th as we will be handing out jersey and collecting fees. - Ice time will be 7:30, 8:45 and 10:00 each week, all Senior games will run on one rink, and all Junior games on the other. We will alternate rinks each week. We are not playing October 13th & March 15th (first week of March break). We will be playing Superbowl Sunday (Feb. 13th) at Central Park Athletics in the morning. 

The jerseys are property of the LRHL, and are to be worn on Sunday nights ONLY. Please take care of your jersey (hang it up, and occasionally wash it inside out in cold water and hang to dry). You will get a pair of socks that are yours to keep.

Playoffs - in each division there will be a 10-week double round robin, with Finals night SATURDAY, APRIL  4TH, 2020 FROM 3PM TO 7PM WITH YEAR END PARTY TO FOLLOW AT THE GOAT.

If you don’t notify the rep above and you don’t show, you will be charged the $15 that we would have otherwise collected from a spare. If you don’t pay, you will be suspended until it’s paid. We can’t make that any clearer, the intent is that we have full rosters each week without scrambling to get there on Sunday, so please respect your rep’s time and make the call for a spare before Sunday.

Discipline – we have formalized a 3-strike discipline policy. Please read it on the homepage. Arena rules must be followed.
