Fees:

Ages 4-6        $110.00

Ages  7-12    $130.00

Ages 13 & 18 $140.00

Family discount of $275 for family up to 3. Additional $25.00 for all kids after 3

Old and New Players MUST bring Birth Certificate

and 3 proofs of residency from 2/1/17-1/31/18

proof of residency includes Drivers License, car insurance cards, car registration, lease/mortgage, utility bill, tax bill

school enrollment form will be available for those that choose this option

In order to recive family discount of 2 children or more you must register in person at above address
