Game Day Duties

Home Team

• The Home team will be responsible for field prep before the game. This includes removing the tarps, lining the field, putting the bases out, and hanging the flag.  (Hamilton & Columbus)

• Parent(s) to work the scoreboard and concession stand* for the game. (Hamilton Only)

Visiting Team

• The visiting team will be responsible for making sure the field is cleaned up after the game. This includes removing the bases, dragging the field, replacing the tarps and taking down the flag. (Hamilton & Columbus)

• Game Duty parent(s) to sell 50/50’s, Retrieve Foul Balls and concession stand*. (Hamilton Only)

Your manager or team patent will coordinate the scheduling of parent game duties.  Parents assigned game duties should check in with the OD when they arrive. .   If you are unaware who the OD is at the field, check with the concession stand.

ALL PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO HELP WITH FIELD PREP AND CLEANUP

* BUYOUT OPTION FOR CONCESSION STAND.  Parents have the option to buyout from working the concession stand for $20 each.  If you do choose to buyout, please let your team manager or team parent know ASAP so coverage can be scheduled.  The buyout fee will be due prior to the start of your game.

Please be reminded that these duties are put into place to assure games start on time and the complex operates smoothly throughout your game.  The E-Board relies on the assistance of both players and parents daily and we thank you for your assistance in advance.
