"Vote" Ozzie Lopez Candidate LACCD Board of Trustees Seat #1



Dear Friends and Family,

As most of you know I am officially a candidate for the Office of the Los Angeles Community College Board of Trustees. As a former community college student I'm very excited about the possible opportunity to represent our community college students, administrators, faculty and its employees in and around Los Angeles County. Now more than ever our students are in need of leadership and people that will advocate on behalf of their educational necessities. However I need your help. In the words of Johnnetta Cole, "An education that teaches you to understand something about the world has done only half of the assignment. The other half is to teach you to do something about making the world a better place". I want to work to make the LACCD a better place for our students, its administrators and for its employees. I along with our supporters will be working tirelessly until March 8th (election day). If you believe in me and believe in working toward developing pathways toward academic success within the LACCD, please spread the word to your friends and family.
