Aaron Cantu had a record setting day for ELAC on Saturday
(West LA) - Aaron Cantu had a record setting day in leading East Los Angeles College to a 58-55 win over West LA College Saturday. The former Schurr quarterback completed 37 of 50 passes for 507 yards and six touchdowns.

He broke ELAC’s school record for most completions in one game, most career passing touchdowns and tied the school record for most passing touchdowns in one game.

The game came down to the final play when West LA had a fourth down on the ELAC 13. West LA quarterback Dallas Lopez was sacked with 16 seconds left in the agme to seal the victory for ELAC.

Cantu is now 11-0 as the starting quarterback for ELAC, which improved to 3-0 this season.
