RainedOut Overview
Purpose: Instant communication with volunteers, coaches, parents and all parties involved in the summer basketball league to relay pertinent and timely information. Can be used to alert groups about location changes, delays, forfeits, etc.
How to set up an account:
1. Visit https://www.rainedout.net/create_new_account.php to create an account for your organization. Follow the steps on the screen and when finished click create account.
2. Your account is now created.
3. Check your email for a “Welcome to RainedOut” email for the next steps and tips to get started.
Suggestions:
• Coaches are required to opt-in to receiving RainedOut alerts through text message
• Encourage all volunteers, participants, etc to opt-in to receive RainedOut alerts through their mobile devices
