Greetings....We hope everyone is doing well and "hanging in there."
Are you finding the time to work on you arm AND make it stronger?

It boils down to just two basic things:
    1.  Warming up properly - and you know what this means - be sure to do the upper body arm exercises we do in our Academy programs at Huntington Park
    2.  Strength and endurance training - a few minutes a day makes for a good start in the process.  Each player determines how much he needs to do based on how his arm feels.

Strength training is a process that must be done gradually using the right tools and a smart system. It’s also got to be complete as far as working all the muscles legs and arm. Warming up not only sets the stage for a better bullpen or throwing on the mound, it makes the throwing motion smoother and helps “smooth” the pitcher's motion.  Fielders also need to develop the arm as do catchers. Everyone playing the game needs a stronger throwing arm...
This is where The Throwing Bag comes in! The Bag allows players to workout anywhere, anytime, on-his-own... - Solo!

It’s the "tool" everyone can carry with him at all times. Don’t judge it by how small it is and it fits neatly in your bat bag or even in your glove...

The FIRST TIME the player warms up with it…he won't believe how
easy it is to use and the results he will get.  It's a great way to stay sharp and stay baseball-busy/ready at the same time...

The player (your son if this is being read by a parent) will never want to throw again without warming up using The Throwing Bag!  A couple minutes a day is the recommended approach we suggest...

We have a limited supply so we suggest you order yours - NOW!
    Go To  👉  www.RGbaseball.com

When you go to the site on the homepage you can watch one of our guys demonstrating how to The Bag and how to use The Bag in the comfort of his
front yard.  It can even be used in the basement or the garage or even in one's
bedroom....but don't break a lamp or mirror, etc. until you know how to use it.
All the room that is really needed is whatever the length of the player's stride
is - usually a few yards at the most.  Try it - you'll love it (not just like it).

    Cost is $50 + Tax ($3.75)

If you already have a bag share this with a friend who doesn't have one.
That would be called being a great teammate.

    Stay Well and Stay Safe.
