Parent "Respect in Sport"

"Respect in Sport" is a requirement for all parents/guardians who have child(ren) enrolled in minor hockey.
You would have also signed a waiver to say you would complete this requirement during the registration process for your player(s).
Only one parent/guardian needs to complete this and it does not expire.
One-time cost of $12 payable by the parent (we do not have codes).

Please use the following link if you do not have it completed:

If you do have it completed, here are the instructions from HNL for parents on how to link it to the profile:

If a child has not been listed by a Parent on the Respect in Sport Parent Program profile, the following steps are required to be followed:

- Log back into the Respect in Sport Parent Program:  https://hnlparent.respectgroupinc.com/secure/

- Click on PROFILE which is located at the top of the screen

- Click on CHILD MANAGEMENT which is located on the left-hand side of the screen

- From this page you list all children you have registered in minor hockey

Child Management

Information entered here is very important to ensure you are given proper credit for completing this program. This is achieved by connecting your certification number to your child's hockey profile.

Please enter all your children who currently play hockey. You may return here to add children in the future.

Please ensure the first name, last name and date of birth are entered in the same fashion as they have been provided to the minor hockey association.

Enter your child's information and then select Add This Child. Repeat this process until all registered children have been added. Once all registered children have been added, select "No Children to Add".

If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please contact: info@respectgroupinc.com

Thank you for your continued cooperation!

*Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador is the governing body of hockey within the province to foster and encourage the sport. They have sanctioned the Respect in Sport program for all their coaches and parents and are fully supportive of this type of awareness.*
