We are happy to announce the plans for baseball in 2025. We are now accepting registration for players grades 3 through 8, with plans in place to start the season around mid-April. Player safety is of the utmost importance to us and as an organization, we will be following the required protocols for team sports activities.
Details for a Rookie Division season (players in grades K-2) will be coming out soon.
Fees for the season are below. We will again offer $10 off for registrations received before January 1, 2025.
Minor Division - Grades 3 & 4 - $170
Junior Division - Grades 5 & 6 - $180
Senior Division - Grades 7 & 8 - $190
Player evaluation location and dates for Minor, Junior & Senior Divisions will be in late January. Dates and times will be posted soon.
All players are strongly encouraged to participate in the evaluation session to establish their skill and proficiency level. Evaluations are intended to allow placement of players on teams with players of similar ability. In addition to the coaches and board members evaluating players, there will also be independent evaluators at each session. A player is required to participate in the evaluation sessions to be considered for the American or Federal team in their division.
More proficient and skilled players at all age levels are encouraged to try out for the American or Federal team in their division. Rookie players in 2nd grade who wish to be considered to play in the Minor Division need to participate in the evaluation session.
Skill levels as specified by Junior Baseball Association of Oregon are as follows:
National Level: Designated for less experienced or skilled players
American Level: Designated for competitive, intermediate experienced or skilled players
Federal Level: Designated for the most proficient and competitive players
