It was an amazing year for the Mellion Orthodontics team sponsored by Nick, Teresa and Nate Mellion.  We had ups and downs, but most importantly; a whole lot of fun.  Ice cream, fun cheers, rooting each other on, new friends and parent's excitement.  If anyone would ask me what stood out I would say how quickly the team bonded and became one.  We had a movie theatre night, birthdays and other fun memories in a short two months.  My assistants, Jessica Tester and Jessica Rieder (a.k.a. Thelma and Louis), were so wonderful with the girls all year and helping carry the weight of all that comes with running a team.  They also stepped up when I, the Head Coach, had to miss a couple weeks.  This has been my favorite team in any sport that I've had the pleasure to Head Coach and lead to victory.  The girls all came together and played some of their best ball in the final two weeks leading up to the Tournament.  Eslich had our number earlier in the year and had a very strong team themselves.  They just caught us when we were hot and clicking on all cylinders.  Thank you again to our wonderful sponsors, all the enthusiastic parents, and most importantly, our darling and full of energy Mellion girls!  Congratulations to you all as you are why I'll look back on the Spring of 2021 and smile when I'm old....OK older.
