WITHIN 7 days of your game - The original (white) physical copy must be dropped off at HRM 4Pad. NSWHL gamesheet box is located inside the First Aid Room to the left of Reception. Gamesheets can be placed inside the wall cabinet. If you are unable to drop off at HRM 4Pad you must mail a copy to:
