To whom it may concern,

The Tri-State Girls Softball League serves girls from the ages 4-18.  We are a 501c3 non-profit organization asking for your help in being a League sponsor.  We are looking for community support in order to continue the pursuit of personal growth and education for our youth girls.

There are three ways of Sponsoring our league for the 2025 Season

Full Sponsorship                                         Cost $200.00

   As a Full Sponsor your business will gain recognition on our website and social media, a Sign representing your business at our fields, and a plaque in recognition of your support to our community.

Half Sponsor                                               Cost $125.00

   As a Half Sponsor your business will receive recognition on our website and social media, and a sign representing your business at our fields.

Quarter Sponsor                                              Cost $75.00

As quarter sponsor you will receive recognition on our website and social media as a sponsor.

Any Contributions made to our organization are tax deductible.

Contributions received will go towards the operation and upkeep of our league, including  but not limited to:

• Equipment
• Field chalk
• Financial assistance (towards insurance, fuel, etc.)
• Concessions supplies
• Awards for players
• Upgrades to Facilities
