UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT

2023 Fall Season

Provided by the League:

A shirt will be provided to all players.

Items Needed:

• Black softball pants and black socks are recommended, but any color softball pant or sock is fine for Fall (In Spring black softball pants and black socks are required)
• Softball Glove
• Softball cleats (no metal)
• Softball bat (if you do not want to buy a bat for the season, you can ask a teammate to share with you)
• Softball helmet with front cage (the front cage on the helmet is mandatory)
• Fielding Face Guard (required for all players when playing in the field)

Nice to Have Items: 

• Sliding shorts (worn undernearth softball pants) are recommended (but not mandatory) for players especially as they learn base running fundamentals and sliding. 
• Protective undershirt/undershirt chest guard for pitchers. This is not mandatory, but it is something that is reccomended if your player is a pitcher to help protect them from line drives hit back to the pitcher's circle. If you google softball protective undershirts or softball undershirt chest guards it should give you a lot of options. 
• Girls sometimes like to use batting gloves when they are hitting, but they are not required equipment.

2024 Spring Season

Every Rec League and Competitive League player will receive a uniform shirt.

Every Rec League player should wear black softball pants and black socks with their uniform shirt.  The pants are not included with the uniform shirt you will receive. Black belts are optional.

All Competitive League players should also wear black softball pants, black socks and black belts with their uniform shirt.  The pants are not included with the uniform shirt you will receive.
