What your $200 Fee covers for the Regular Season(August-October)

*Please note that additional fees will occur for post season (PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE)

“No REFUNDS after July 15”

*Note, there will be a $50 less Administration fee for all requested refunds at any time

●    RENTAL OF THE HELMET, SHOULDER PADS, AND GAME PANTS (All rental items are due at/on the last game played or court proceedings will begin adding an addition $200 fee)

●    Insurance

●    Trophy at the end of the Fall season

●    Customized game jersey is yours to keep

The following items are required to participate:

●    Certified Birth Certificate, Passport or State ID (This is to verify age and will be kept on file till the end of the season)

●    Report Cards are needed for the 13U participants

●    Physicals dated 2023 for all participants

Parents are expected to assist in maintaining with the upkeep of our facility as well as interact with all Organizational fundraisers. It is Mandatory to follow the “NO Tolerance Policy” at all times:

●    No parents are allowed on the Practice/Game fields as well as the Game sidelines at any time

●    No loud music is to be played in the parking lots/No selling of any items on the premises without permission

●    No profanity, or using threatening language at any time (Fighting will be grounds for automatic dismissal from the program)

●    No being under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time

●    No disrespecting of policies or rules instituted by AYF, PYFCL, or the Winston-Salem Indians

●    Kids will NOT be allowed to participate in games if they miss “2” practices in a week
