Information meeting and in-person registration will be held on April 19th at North Ward Elementary School from 530-7pm.

New this year

• "Warrior" designation awards - Gold swimmers who volunteer for 3 sessions of assisting in Developmental practice will be awarded Warrior designation
• Pre-team fee has been decreased; swimmer will no longer receieve a pool pass. The team will have a punch card for pool access for all pre-team swimmers (does not include parents)
• Practice times have been moved back; see practice schedule
• Mandatory Parent meeting/training - all parents will recieve introductory training for Timer, Announcer, Ribbon Table, Bullpen, and Runner. Training will be before first meet. Swimmers will not be allowed to enter first meet unless an adult has represented at the meeting
• The team will also host an optional training for "unofficial" stroke and turn judge and admin/time entry (computer person); date will be coordinated with conference and includes other teams
• Conference changes include - 2 meet requirement to attend conference, 8&under 50 frees moved to allow rest time, 15-18 events are now 50's in all strokes and 100 IMs

Registration fees
$80 per swimmer (Developmental-Gold)
$100 per swimmer (Pre-Team)
(includes pool entry for practice via team punch card, Team T-Shirt, and equipment minus goggles).

Payment will be taken at in-person registration (April 19th), cash, check, and Venmo.

For swimmers who are unsure of participation, a trial period of one (1) week will be allowed. Payment will be taken at your group's first practice during Week 2. Swimmers who have not paid after the first practice will be dropped from the team, unless other arrangements have been made with the Tuscola Torpedoes Admin Board.

The team will again partner with TYR for team suits. Suits are not required but look amazing at meets. Suit orders will ONLY be taken on April 19th during in-person registration, this includes for trial period swimmers.

*The team will not facilitate a buy-back or consignment for old suits. Families may donate suits to the team and we will find a swimmer in need or you can arrange a private sale
