2023 Base Running Rules
Host League; Cresson Area Little Baseball League
Location: Sankertown VFW POST 7377 Auxiliary Community Baseball Field.
Base Running Rules
1. Total Participants (5 per League) All Teams in League are Eligible to Participate, Not Just DPLWS Participants
2. Participant must be in Full Uniform.
3. Runner must hit every base.
4. If anyone falls before 1st base or 2nd base, he/she can start over.
5. If a base is missed, runner is automatically disqualified.
6. Time will be kept by an Official on the field.
7. Top 8 runners advance to the 2nd round, which will take place immediately following the 1st round.
8. 2nd round starts at zero, winner will be determined on 2nd round score only.
9. In the event of a tie, the runners will face off in a tie breaker. All previous rules apply.
10. The tie breaker time will be used to break the tie only.
11. The Birthdate of June 30 will be used in all DPLWS events.
