Any community that forfeits any game(s) due to not having enough players to start a scheduled game(s) will be billed for all assigned "listed" (1) referees, (2) deputy, (3) gym supervisor, (4) scorekeeper, (5) clock operator, and any (6) additioal costs. If any of the assigned "listed" are sitting before, between games, or after due to any forfeit game or unforeseen circumstance they are to be paid onsite. Host sites will need to note any forfeit game(s) so they can be reimbursed by the community team that forfeited the game(s).
