At the October 2023 Huntsman World Senior Games in St. George, Utah, a number of talented and skillful Slo Pitch players from our OSCC55+ League were medalists.

In the 60+ B Men’s Division, the following players on the Voodoo Baseball team won Silver:
Dave O’Grady, Brent Barkwell, Paul Christensen (aka Batman), John Edmonds, Harvey Hall, Roop Hardeo, Bill Hillis, Greg Lumley, John Moulaison, Lynn Spencer and Bob Wilson.

In the Men’s 70+ B Division….Tom Brett, John Edmonds, Ray Huether and Bob Wilson won Gold playing on the Merits 70 Team.

In the Men’s 70+ C Division….Norm Nefsky won Gold playing with a US team Party Time Knights.

In the Women’s 65+ Division 4….Liz Mitchell (aka Robin) won Bronze on the team Fire and Ice 65.

In the Women’s 70+ Division 3….Sue Westlake won Gold on the Grey Power 70 team.

In the Women’s 74+ Division 1….Sue Westlake won Gold on the Grey Power 74 team.

In the Women’s 74+ Division 2….Marj Boyd won Silver with the US team Lava Hotties.

Congratulations to all the players on their success. Obviously their talent and skills were honed and practiced playing in our wonderful senior League. (lol)
