Marlins win National League pennant on a no-no

What a story! In their first season as a franchise, the Marlins have clinched their first NL championship by throwing a no-hitter against the Cubs. The NLCS came down to the final inning, but all season, the Marlins have proven to have perhaps the best pitching performances the league has ever seen. The no-hitter is just the second time it has ever happened in the history of the league (2009), and it was the 7th ever shutout. The Marlins will either face the White Sox or Angels in the World Series.
