Subscribe to our NewsletterIf you need to cancel a registration, we will put a refund through for you as long as you let us know before the applicable registration deadline. We are not able to carry credits, and we can't provide refunds for cancellations received after the registration deadline. We generally do not reopen registration if an activity is postponed for weather or another reason beyond our control.
For our regular monthly Friday dances, the registration deadline is 6 p.m. on the immediately preceding Tuesday. The registration deadline for this year's Formal Dinner Dance will be the earlier of April 12, 2025 or when we reach capacity. Registration deadlines for other activities will be included in the invites posted on our website and circulated to our email list.
