Eagles Board Meeting
February 20, 2024
Board Members Attending: Jeremy Ohlsen, Katie Ohlsen, Morgan Jimenez, Erin Noel, Jessica Collins
Meeting called to order at the Ohlsen house
- Jessica had sent out estimate for gear to be ready for the fundraiser in an email. Discussion regarding the cost and
what to have for fundraiser. A motion was made by Katie to move forward with just the sweatshirts and the stickers to be
able to sell at the fundraiser. It was seconded by Morgan. All present voted in favor. Brandee, Jason and RIck voted via
email prior to the meeting.
- We will use a QR code for the advertising flyer to sell tickets. Katie will create the QR code and forward to Jessica for the
flyer Jessica will forward the completed flyer to everyone and Morgan will post on social media and website.
- Kim Mullins will do a 6ft charcuterie board for $550.
- Will check with Jimmy about what he can supply. Will order baseball plates and knapkins for charcutterie
- Discussed possibly doing a facebook dessert auction before the tournament
