Match 1 - 1st vs 6th
Match 2 - 2nd vs 5th
Match 3 - 3th vs 4th
In this format the 3 winners advance to the semifinals instantly. The 2 best losers advance to a play in, the 2 best losers are determined by how much they lost by (goal difference) in their last match. If there is a tie between teams the higher ranked team will advance.
Match 4 - Loser 1 vs Loser 2
The winner of Match 4 advances to the semifinals. Are as follows
Match 1 Winner vs Match 4 Winner
Match 2 Winner vs Match 3 Winner
Whoever wins those matches advances to the final
If there is a tie at the end game the 24 minute game there will be two 3-minute halves and if its still tied there will be a 3 player shootout. If its still tied the shootout continues 1 round at a time until there is a decided winner.
