Dear Community Business Leaders:

 WWP Babe Ruth Baseball is a 501(c)3, not for profit organization dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of baseball along with good sportsmanship, character and teamwork. The players are 13 to 16 years old, live in West WIndsor, Plainsboro, Princeton and Cranbury. Our organization's success is made possible by the hard work and dedication of its volunteers as well as private and corporate sponsors like you. 

The West WIndsor Plainsboro (WWP) Babe Ruth League is seeking sponsors for its 2024 Youth Baseball programs. These funds assist our organization in many ways: keeping registration costs affordable, maintaining our fields and equipment providing scholarships for players in need and more. Your continued sponsorship allows our organization to succeed in its mission

We are contacting you today to ask for your support in a variety of ways:

1. Team Sponsorship: the true heart of our organization: our players and teams. Your company name will appear on the back of team jerseys $400 (per team).  
2. Field Banners: Banners will be displayed with your company’s name and logo at Ciuffani Field, our main field, located in West Windsor Community Park, or in Hilltop or Smoyer Parks in Princeton. With numerous visitors to our field as well as the park in general, this is a great way to advertise at low cost $250 (single size) $400 (double size).
   

A note about Field Banners: Ciuffani Field will be used by the WWP High School South Teams, as well as other adult and travel baseball leagues, along with WWP Babe Ruth. Smoyer and Hilltop Fields in Princeton will be used by WWP Babe Ruth, Princeton Middle School Team, and the American Legion Team.  Banners are a wonderfully low-cost way to advertise to a diversified audience in the park, with great exposure for the entire season-beyond just our baseball community, hanging for at least 7-8 months.
