North Youth Baseball Mission and Goals

The purpose of North Youth Baseball is to foster in the children of the local neighborhood and community the ideals of teamwork, good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, healthy and trustworthy adults.

Support of each individual child is the goal of North Youth Baseball

In support of this goal, the objectives are:

to teach our players an appreciation for an active lifestyle

to teach our players teamwork

to help our players develop social skills both with other children and adults

to help our players manage success as well as disappointments

to enable our players to learn good sportsmanship in baseball and in life

and to help our players to learn respect for others.
