CISL plays full sided (11v11)

Each game is 80 minutes long.

Each Division will play either a home/away schedule or a random schedule. The top 6-8 teams will advance to the end of season playoffs.

Wins: 3 points
Ties: 1 point
Loss: 0 points

For Seeding: 1)points 2)Head to Head. 3)Goal differential between the teams that are tied only. 4)Directors decision.
*if head to head is split, then goal differential between the 2 games played between the two teams tied. Followed by least goals allowed, then most scored.

FIFA Rules apply.

Maximum Roster Size: 24 (suggested 20).
Each team must have like colored jerseys with individually assigned numbers!!!
New: Any NEW team to the CISL must have an alternate color jersey. Away team changes in result of a color conflict.
All players must be rostered and have an ISSA player's card to participate. Team managers register their players through CISL, not the ISSA.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE!

No Additions to the roster after June 10th.
Players receiving 4 yellow cards must sit out their next match. Players receiving 2 red cards in a season will be dismissed from the league.
Teams forfeiting a game must pay $170.00 or $100 for the women (their half and opposing teams half of ref fees).
Teams that forfeit 2 games in one season will be dismissed from the league.

Referees have the right to call a game a forfeit if a) No Player Cards b)No numbers on Jerseys c)not like colored jerseys or d)field not acceptable.

Each team must have a home field. Home teams are ultimately responsible for nets, flags, and lines.  If your team does not have a home field, contact league administrator.

100% of team fees are due by your 1st scheduled contest.

Fees for 2015:

CISL Team fee - $250.00

ISSA - $23 per player

Peoria Park District Fee - $22.50 per game (only for those teams using a PPD field as their home field.)

Ref fee:  Men - $85 per game; Women - $50 per game.  PAID AT EACH MATCH, BEFORE KICKOFF, BY BOTH TEAMS.
