General Information After losing in the championship game in 2007 to the Bayport-Bluepoint Bombers 2-1 we would not miss this tournament in 2008.After going 2-0 in pool games and seeded #2 for the semi final game vs Long Island Bayman.It wasn't til the bottom of the 5th inning that a 2-2 tie was broke with a 2 out 3 run homerun by winning pitcher Big Bray to clinch the win.In the other semii final game it was Long Island Inferno beating defending champ Baypoint-Bluepoint Bombers 9-1.In the chamionship game it was all Comets with a 10-0 win and an MVP award to Chris Q. with a complete game 1 hit shutout.
