WEIGH-IN: Sunday, December 9, 2012 7:00-8:30AM Tots & All Novice Divisions 11:00AM-12:30PM All Other Divisions NO WALK-INS!!!! ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY!!!! NO SATELLITE WEIGH-INS!!!! Wrestlers must arrive in time to weigh-in BEFORE SCALES CLOSE at 8:30AM or 12:30PM SHARP. ABSOLUTELY NO WEIGH-INS AFTER SCALES CLOSE!!!!!
WRESTLING: AM Session - Tot, Bantam, Novice Bantam, & Novice Midget START 9:00AM PM Session - Midget, Junior, & Intermediate START 1:00PM
DIVISIONS: Tot - Age 5 & 6 Bantam Novice & Bantam - Age 7 & 8 Midget Novice & Midget - Age 9 & 10 Junior - Age 11 & 12 Intermediate - Age 13 & 14 (NOT in 9th grade) AGE DETERMINED AS OF 12/9/2012
FORMAT: Madison weights. NOVICE - wrestler has NOT wrestled prior to 9/1/2012 - PRACTICE, CLUB, OR MATCH AM Session - Tot, Bantam, Novice Bantam, & Novice Midget - 4-man brackets (NOT RR) PM Session - Midget, Junior, & Intermediate - 8-man brackets if possible.
RULES: Headgear and wrestling shoes required. Shorts with t-shirt acceptable in lieu of singlet.
PERIODS: 1-1-1 ALL divisions. 1-.5 overtime.
AWARDS: Medals thru 4th place ALL brackets.
ADMISSION: $4.00 Adults; $1.00 Students
CONCESSION: Food available all day.

Wrestler MUST weigh-in NO MORE THAN TWO (2.0) POUNDS OVER THEIR REGISTRATION WEIGHT at weigh-ins or will be forfeited out of tournament with NO REFUND.
REGISTRATION: Select this form if you will be registering AND making a payment online. All wrestlers OTHER THAN TEAM PAY registrations select this form. Any "Failed, Canceled, or incomplete" payments will be deleted immediately and you will NOT be registered for the tournament. You MUST have received a payment status on your confirmation e-mail as "COMPLETED" and have a TRANSACTION ID to be paid and registered. TEAM PAY: Select this form ONLY if your team will be paying for your registration - arranged as indicated in the Entry Fee information above. You will be registered but not be directed to the payment process. WEIGHT CHANGE: Select this form ONLY if you need to make a weight change from your previously registered weight. A $5.00 CASH ONLY payment for EACH weight change registered is due at weigh-in.
Wrestlers may register a weight change up to 12:00PM Saturday, December 8, 2012 ONLINE. EACH weight change registration is charged $5.00 CASH ONLY payable at weigh-ins. Last registered weight change will be used for bracketing. Wrestlers competing in multiple divisions need to register only one weight change.
Wrestlers may enter and compete in two divisions. A separate registration AND entry fee is required for EACH entry desired.
A VALID E-MAIL, PRINTER, AND PAYMENT CARD ARE REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION. If a printer is not immediately available, save the completed registration form to print at a later time. Registration MUST be printed and signed and brought to weigh-in. This is your weigh-in ticket.
