Tournament Description
Flighted Match Play
All players will play 2 matches (Sat/Sun, June 3-4, 2023). Players with 2 losses after the first weekend are eliminated.
Players with 1 loss after the first weekend will be placed in consolation brackets, and will play on Saturday, June 10 2023
Players with 0 losses after the first weekend will play both days (Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 132 2023).
Players in the consolation brackets who lose on Saturday, June 10,2023 are eliminated, winners will play on Sunday, June 12,2023
Players will be flighted according to their USGA Handicap Index

Handicap
100% of Course Handicap

Tournament Rules
Match will be played according to USGA match play rules.
The low handicap player plays to scratch and the other player receives 100% of the difference.
Example: If player A has a course handicap of 13 and player B has a course handicap of 20, player B will receive 7 strokes from player A.
Player B will get his strokes on the 7 lowest handicap holes (holes with handicap numbers 1 through 7).
A player may concede a hole or match at any time.
A concession cannot be declined or withdrawn.
Sudden death playoff if tied after 18 holes (stokes apply the same as in the round just completed).

Participation Points: 125 (per player)
Placement Points (per player, including ties): 1st:60, 2nd:50, 3rd:40, 4th:30, 5th:30

Speed of Play Policy
To self-evaluate the foursome's speed of play:
Proximity to the group ahead. (Playing within one shot of the group ahead at all times.)
Penalty will be severe!!

Knolls Regular: $36.00
Knolls Annual/Punch Card: $12.00

Match Play Rounds 1 and 2

Match Play Rounds 3 and 4
Green Fees: Paid to the Pro Shop

Note: Cost per player does not include cart fees

Payments must be made to the Pro shop and play cards MUST be punched prior to playing or risk being charged the FULL green fees
