General Information
CVA Travel Baseball offers ALL TEAMS who want to participate an opportunity to play SCRIMMAGE GAMES prior or during the season. Teams provide fields and CVTB organizes umpires and schedules games.
Teams just prepay $65 per team, PER DAY to cover the scheduling, communication, facility rental, and assigning of umpires. Umpire fees are paid at the plate prior to each game.
Teams provide two playable baseballs. Time limit and ground rules are agreed upon amongst the coaches and host team has final say. Games are unsanctioned, however TEAMS must carry some form of insurance to protect the host team(s).
Teams must be registered with Central Travel Sports, click team registration at top of this page. Find the event on the page and follow the instructions. Registration with CTS is FREE.
Teams can play two games for the day only due to limited number of fields available. Teams can play games on Saturday and/or Sunday. There may be an opportunity for a third game, but that will depend on number of teams, lights available, etc.
