- Talent is nothing without the dedication to match it
- Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game
- There is no crying in baseball
- It's hard to beat a person who never gives up
- Baseball was made for kids and grown-ups only screw it up

Thank you,
Ashland City Dixie Youth Baseball
Since the 1960's, when J.W.Johns brought baseball to Ashland City many of our local children have enjoyed playing baseball right in our home community. Our children now have a safe place to come and develop self confidence, integrity, sportsmanship and respectful conduct that will help them progress throughout their lives. Ashland City DixieYouth Baseball is a non-profit organization run with the help of our Board of Directors and our teams' families and is strictly all volunteered time.
We just wanted to let everyone know that there is a new group of board members this year and we are hard at work getting Ashland City Dixie Youth baseball back to where it used to be. We are already off to a good start but as we see it, the more kids the better. We are taking sign-ups for players for each age group and we are co-ed. We have all age groups from 3-4 Tee ball to 13-14 Ashland City Boys. We would also like to let everyone know that we can offer scholarships, we do not want to see any kid turned away for any reason. Please pass this information onto anyone you know that has a kid or kids interested in playing. Thank you and the board members and their contact information is listed under the About tab.
Sign-ups for spring baseball
We will be having baseball sign-ups every Saturday until February 18th from 9am-12pm at Johns Park in the concession stand. Please remember to bring a copy of players birth certificate and the fee is $130 for first child, $100 for second child and $90 for any additional children. We are looking for children from ages 3-14 and we are co-ed. Our league is under new management and we would really like to see it the way it used to be, so if your kids are interested in playing or if you know anyone with kids wanting to play, please come see us or send them in our direction. You can also register here on our website, and you can pay online, mail your payment in, pay in person at the field or Venmo @ACDYBaseball2023.
Venmo
We are excited to advise everyone that we can now accept payments through Venmo. Scan the code below and be sure to add your player(s) and coach name so we can ensure that the payment is processed accordingly. Our Venmo account is @ACDYBaseball2023 Thank you
