Ada Youth Football K-6 Registration

Registration for the 2025 season is now live, so please register your player(s) as soon as you can.  Registering early will help us determine how many coaches and volunteers we will need. Fees for flag (K-2nd) will be collected the 1st week of practice. Fees for 3rd-6th grade will be collected at equipment fittings on May 19th or May 21st from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the back of the Ada First Baptist Church: 350 W North Avenue, Ada, OH 45810. Only 3rd-6th graders need to come to fittings.  Fees are required to be paid before the first practice of the season.  

Costs for participation are below:

K-2 flag - $35 for registration, shirt for each player, and equipment. ($30 for additional players in the same family)

3^rd – 6^th - $55 for registration ($30 for each additional player in the same family)

  -   $45 for jersey.  Each player will purchase their jersey one time and use it each season.  Another jersey will not need to be purchased in future seasons unless the player needs a new size. If you are a returning player from the 2024 season, you will not need to purchase a jersey.  Please bring your jersey to equipment fitting so we can ensure it will fit! 

     We provide: practice jersey, practice pants, game pants, belts, girdle, knee/thigh pades, shoulder pads, helmets

    You need: cleats (no metal) and mouthguard with strap

**Registration fees cover equipment like flags, tackle bars, helmets, pants, pads, footballs, practice equipment, etc.**

*If your child has played before make sure you update the grade they will be in for the 2025-2026 school year.
