New this year! If your child is tournament age eligible, age 8 and above, the Player Verification Form is a required form due at the time of registration. This form, along with the School Enrollment Form and players birth certificate, will be required in order for your player to participate in All-Stars. This is not an anual form, fill it out once and unless there are changes in the address, it never needs done again.

Heroes Park is the home Elkhart FOP Little League. We welcome you to our baseball and softball world.

A Little about us:

Elkhart FOP Little League was established in 1974. We are a small league, with an average of 125 players. Our park is ran solely ran by volunteers. Every role, from the President of the Park, to the Team Parent...all volunteers. We take the safety of our players very seriously, so every volunteer must pass the background check.

We are always looking for more help and support, to keep this league running as smoothly as possible. If you, or someone you know, have any interest is becoming a volunteer, simply fill out the Volunteer form.

The school enrollment form is a mandatory form for all players that are enrolled in school. This form takes the place of the 3 proofs of residency requirement in previous years.If your child is not in school yet, it isn't necessary until they start school.

Parents simply fill out the top portion only of the form. The form is then submitted, and the school will complete it. It is very important that the parent/guardian ONLY fill out the top portion.

This form MUST be completed before your child can play at FOP Little League. The purpose of this form is to verify that your child is playing in the correct park and is a mandatory form if your child is selected to play in any tournament game.

School Enrollment Form

Little League Baseball was founded in 1939, and is the world's first community-based, volunteer-operated youth sports program. The inaugural Little League® season was played in Williamsport, Pa., and since that fateful year, countless neighborhoods and tens of millions of children and volunteers have proudly been members of the program.

Little League Softball was founded in 1974, appreciating the importance of providing a challenging and enjoyable youth sports experience for females. The softball program is structured similar to the baseball program.
