Mission, Goals, Philosophy of the Junior Falcons Program

Mission

The Mission of the Junior Falcon Travel Baseball program is to provide our youth, between the ages of 8 and 13, skill development in the game of baseball and a high level of competition.  

Goals

The goals of the Junior Falcon Travel Baseball program are to develop skills, confidence, sportsmanship, teamwork, have fun, and to learn to love the game baseball.  

Philosophy

Every player should have an equal opportunity to participate and develop.  This does not necessarily equate to equal playing time.  Actual playing time may vary based on positions played, age level, roster size, and other circumstances.  Coaches must use judgement in balancing the needs of individuals and the needs of the team.  Winning is important, but only in the context of individual and team development.
