The purpose of this website is to let the community know what is going on in the Four Oaks Civitan and help the players, fans, and parents of the Four Oaks Civitan youth programs to be better informed. 2024/2025 BASKETBALL REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN

Signups will end November 3.  We will not take late signups unless our numbers are such that adequate playing time is an issue or we do not have enough to form a team.

Age Groups will be 4-18 for Boys and Girls.

Age cut-off date for basketball is 1/1/2025.

NOTE FROM BASKETBALL DIRECTOR: 

Basketball assessments for this year’s league will be held November 11, 12, 14 and 15 for the boys.   Typically we do not have multiple teams per age group for girls and no assessments are needed.  If we have enough for two teams in an age group the coaches and I will decide on an assessment the following week.  We do not assess 6U and I will reach out to the coaches after we get the older kids going to pick teams at a later date.

10U - TBD

12U -TBD

15U - TBD

You do not have to attend assessments to be put on a team, but it does make the process of attempting to have fair teams easier.  You are allowed to play up an age group by one year only.  You are welcome to attend lower age group assessment and then decide before teams are picked, but once teams are picked you will be locked in that age group.

• NO parking along the street (we need the road to be clear for any emergency vehicles, etc)
• NO pets are allowed on the premises unless they are a registered service animal (make sure you have your paperwork available in case you are approached and asked)
• NO smoking on premises as this is county property and it is prohibited - if you wish to smoke you must leave the premises (this is not an option but defined by our facility usage contract we sign with Johnston County).  Note that the NO smoking policy also includes electronic cigarette devices.
