As administration of Grand Falls-Windsor Minor Baseball Association the current Executive membership has PROVIDED a set of rules to govern the aims of GFWMBA. A copy of the constitution is now available on the GFWMBA website. We look forward to member feedback and encourage you to submit them via email only at gfwmbb@gmail.com.

GFWMBA AGM will be held Thursday May 6th, 7 pm at St. Joseph’s hall. Capacity for this meeting is 100 people. Priority will be to parents of 2020 registered players, who are in good standing, these parents will have voting opportunity. Please pre-register for AGM by emailing gfwmbb@gmail.com. Please register by Monday, May 3rd, 5:00 pm.
GFWMBA will be accepting nominations for the following Executive Positions:
-President
-Treasurer
-Registrar
-Director at Large
-Community Liaison
Each nominee must be in good standing with GFWMBA, and must have a current Police Check and Vulnerable Screening Check available prior to commencement of their term on the Executive.
These positions are for up to two-years. Submit nominations to our email address gfwmbb@gmail.com.
Additionally, there are several director positions available:
-Tball and Rookie
-11U
-13U
-15U
-Junior League director
-Female League Director
-Special Events Coordinator
GFWMBA Will accept nominations up to Monday May 3rd, 5pm.
Due to increases in Covid cases and potential that this may jeopardize the functionally of conducting our LIVE AGM, there will be no nominations accepted After this date or during the AGM.
Amendments to the constitution can be made by submitting them to above email, on or before 5pm May 3rd, 2021.
All nominees and proposed constitutional amendments will be posted on GFWMBA WEBSITE May 4th, 2021.
